Terms of use
Effective 28 October 2026.
These terms are the rules for using Padelup. By signing in you agree to them and to the Privacy policy. "We" and "us" mean the team that runs Padelup. You can reach us at support@getpadelup.com.
Using Padelup
- Padelup is invite-only. You need an invite to join, and we may remove access for anyone, at any time.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You give us true information about yourself, including your name and the level you pick when you sign up.
- You keep your sign-in to yourself. One person, one account.
What Padelup is, and is not
Padelup helps you find players for a court you have booked and records the matches you play. Padelup doesn't reserve courts and doesn't take payments. You book and pay for courts with the venue yourselves. We are not a party to that booking and are not responsible for what happens at a venue.
Matches, results and levels
- Levels are informal ratings, worked out from the results players enter. They are not an official ranking and they can be wrong.
- Enter results honestly. A result is confirmed when an opponent accepts it, or when the time to answer runs out. We can change or void a result and correct a level when a result is wrong or disputed.
Fair play and conduct
Play fairly, turn up when you said you would, and treat other players with respect. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, and do not pretend to be someone else.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Padelup has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This covers names, photos, notes and any other content you put in the app: nothing that is hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that impersonates another person is allowed. We remove such content, and we suspend or remove the accounts behind it.
How to report a player or an open match
- To report a player, open their profile, tap the "…" menu, then Report, pick a reason and send it.
- To report an open match, open it, tap the "…" menu, then Report open match.
How to block a player
Open the player's profile, tap the "…" menu, then Block. You and the blocked player will no longer see each other's open matches, and neither of you can join, ask to join or message the other from the app. You can see the players you blocked, and unblock them, in Settings under "Blocked players".
How fast we act
We review every report within 24 hours. If it is right, we remove the content or the account. Contact us at support@getpadelup.com if you are in doubt, or if you think we got it wrong.
Suspension and merging of accounts
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we can merge two accounts that belong to the same person. A suspended player can still email support@getpadelup.com.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
Liability
Padelup is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or disputes that happen while you play, for what other players do, or for a court booking that goes wrong. Nothing here takes away rights you cannot give up by law.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If you keep using Padelup after a change, you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
